  Gen Z’s turn toward privacy partly stems from a growing discomfort with how social media shapes — and distorts — romantic relationships, said Rae Weiss, a Gen Z dating coach studying for her master’s degree in psychology at Columbia University in New York City.
  
  A couple that appears to be #relationshipgoals may flaunt their luxury vacations together, picture-perfect date nights, matching outfits and grand romantic gestures. But Gen Z has been online long enough to know it’s all just a carefully curated ruse.
  
  “It’s no longer a secret that on social media, you’re only posting the best moments of your life, the best angles, the best pictures, the filters,” Weiss said. “Young people are becoming more aware that it can create some level of dissonance and insecurity when your relationship doesn’t look like that all the time.”
  
  Indeed, there are messy, complicated and outright mundane moments to every relationship — but those aren’t algorithmically climbing the ranks (unless the tea is piping hot, of course). This can lead some to equate the value of their relationships with how “Instagrammable” they are, Weiss said.
  
  Frequently broadcasting your relationship on social media has even been linked to lower levels of overall satisfaction and an anxious attachment style between partners, according to a 2023 study.

  Chorwerke praktisch ein; unterrichtsrelevanter Stoff wie etwa Musikgeschichte, Musiktheorie,
  Werkanalyse and so on. werden hier situativ-integriert vermittelt.
  Während der Unterrichtszeit werden die Schüler neben dem Fachlehrer von einer
  professionellen Stimmbildnerin in Kleingruppen betreut. In der Oberstufe kann entsprechend „Vokalpraxis" als Schwerpunkt gewählt werden. Gesucht werden ambitionierte Instrumentalisten aus allen Instrumentengruppen. In unregelmäßigen Abständen findet ein „Bewerbungsvorspiel" statt.
  
  Einblicke in das Diskussionsgeschehen zwischen Schülern des HGH und Persönlichkeiten aus
  Politik und Verwaltung der Stadt Hilden befinden sich im Downloadbereich.
  Auch in diesem Jahr findet wieder das traditionelle Weihnachtskonzert des HGH statt,
  an dem viele interessante Solisten,Chöre und Ensembles mit

  Der Begriff ist ein Kofferwort aus „Alternative Lernmöglichkeiten in Hilden",
  angelehnt an die Figur des Almöhi aus Spyris
  Heidi-Erzählungen. (Berufs)erfahrene Senioren vermitteln ehrenamtlich ihre Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten in außerunterrichtlichen Arbeitsgemeinschaften im
  Rahmen des Ganztagsbetriebs an Schülerinnen und Schüler der Unterstufe.
  1923 erfolgte die Umwandlung der Helmholtz-Realschule in eine Oberrealschule, so dass die Schüler ab 1926 die Allgemeine Hochschulreife ablegen konnten. Die Schach-Mannschaft
  des Helmholtz-Gymnasiums hat bei der Kreismeisterschaft in Ratingen überlegen den ersten Platz belegt.
  
  Die Partien gegen die Konkurrenzschulen wurden klar gewonnen.
  Vorlesewettbewerb des Börsenvereins des Deutschen Buchhandels überzeugte unsere Schulsiegerin Maya Spieß aus der 6b die Jury und gewann den Stadtentscheid.

  Die SchülerInnen der Oberstufe können die
  Fächer Mathematik, Biologie, Chemie, Physik
  und Informatik auf Leistungskursniveau belegen. Darüber hinaus können sich die SchülerInnen im
  Freizeitbereich unter anderem an den AGs Biologie und Chemie einbringen sowie beim Schulsanitätsdienst
  oder den Medienscouts engagieren. Das Gymnasium ermöglicht zudem die regelmäßige Teilnahme
  an den Wettbewerb "Jugend forscht" und "Chemie die stimmt!".
  
  Kooperation mit dem "Gymnasium in Haan", um ein vielfältiges Leistungskursangebot zu ermöglichen. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren informieren wir Eltern, Großeltern und alle, die mit Kindern leben oder arbeiten über Neuigkeiten aus der Area, Veranstaltungen, Themen,

  ich die Arbeit als Leiter dieses Gymnasiums immer sehr
  gerne gemacht habe. Die mir eingeräumte Möglichkeit, mich in den letzten beruflichen Jahren mit einer
  neuen Aufgabe zu befassen und damit weitergehende
  Erfahrungen zu sammeln, hat für mich dann aber doch den Ausschlag gegeben, dies zu nutzen. Genauso wie ihr haben wir
  dreimal die Woche bis 15.15 Uhr Unterricht und wissen,
  dass es manchmal stressig sein kann. Deshalb wollen wir
  euch durch den Schulalltag begleiten als Ansprechpartner,
  Begleiter bei Ausflügen und vieles mehr.
